Ronni Cummings Arrest

February 7, 2006 at 4:30pm

According to numerous news reports, most reports from Florida, Ronni Lynn Cummings, of Waxahachie, Texas, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2006, in FL.

The initial reports stated that he was wanted by Waxahachie Police for allegedly sexually abusing one child over a period of seven years.

He was so proud of his actions, he had allegedly put the pictures of the molestation of this little girl on the internet, For Sale.

As more news is released, the heinous crimes against multiple children are surfacing.....

"Authorities in Texas report that Cummins was accused of taking pornographic photographs of underage girls and posting them on the Internet. He was also accused of getting a girl into prostitution and having sex with another girl since she was five. "

One child told the Collin County Child Protective Services in 2003 and a therapist reported him in early 2004, but this child's cries fell on deaf ears. Maybe... just maybe, now someone will listen to her!

We can only hope he will imprisoned for LIFE. This is not the kind of man who needs to be allowed to walk the streets and prey on other children. One has to wonder how he could get away with this level of child abuse for so long.

One of his victims said the shame and blame he put on them, with the threat that the victim would be the one who would go to jail, and the fear he was able to instill in them from an early age is what gave him control.

Ronni Cummings is being held in a Florida jail, without bond.
He will soon be extradited from Florida to Waxahachie, Texas.

I hope your year is off to a good start

Truly awesome things are happening at Hope4KidZ!!

During 2004, we have had the privilege of being involved with six children being where they need to be, where they are safe, and getting most of what they need.

Also to be a very small part of at least two children who were in foster care and free for adoption, to finally be adopted. Both of their mothers have gone on to have more babies who are addicted to crack and premature, and those children have also found permanent homes; some with their siblings.

We get enough bad news in this work and it is good to hear some good news every once in a while! <:o)

A message from Peter Love

>>>>Here's a shout out to J. W., President and Founder of Hope4KidZ.
She is in a war with a lot of battles coming at her from all sides, all in the name of children. Joanna gave me the full details of little Kayla Allen, the seven year old girl murdered by a relative. Her story was the inspiration behind my song, "Unbelievable." You can hear the song on my website on the "Songs" link or by going to Joanna's website: www.hope4kiz.org. The song is highly requested during my "SOC" Concerts. You will like Hope4kidz's website. She and her organization have accomplished a lot. The real-life stories on her website will make you cry enough tears for a river. Joanna is another fiesty gal I take my hat off to. She will not back down and is willing to jump in the boxing ring with the meannest of them.

We have become very good friends and communicate often. We share ideas and experiences to help one another. Like Knightgale, J. Wright has a striking southern drawl :-)In fact they remind me of one another. They are very intelligent women. They also have great writing abililty and are masters of the English language. I keep telling Joanna I ain't no writer. I am just a writer of songs. You can use bad English when writing songs :-) She was the only girl of five or six brothers. No wonder her armour is made of steel. She says what's own her mind. Ouch! She's a leader.

Joanna is good people. She has really been more than supportive of my music and fight against child abuse. I felt I needed to share her with you. She is an Angel I really admire. I love J. W.!-- Peter Love

I would be proud to walk in the shadow of those like knightgale, and Peter made my day with this Thought of the Day. Visit his web site at http://www.peterlove.biz . Peter recently celebrated the second annual S.O.C. Day! Sounds like they had a lot of fun....

Will it ever end

June 5, 2005 at 1:02am

We received a letter from TX DFPS General Counsel, telling us to remove the policy and procedure manual link from our web site.

Why would they care if We, The People, have ready access to their policies and procedures? I must question, who is working for whom? Isn't this a Government Agency that is supposed to do everything in their power to protect children? That would include allowing individuals in this great state to know what their rights are, when dealing with such a huge, always confusing, Government Agency.

Not everyone can pay $350.00 for the CD, in order to learn their legal rights; and they should not have to! imo

SWITCH GEARS...

We are working on our new web site. It is so AWESOME!! I can't wait to "unveil" it!!
If anyone is knowledgeable with Creating Content, or Editing Content for web sites, your help would be greatly appreciated. We are all volunteers and are in need of help. Although we cannot pay, we will be more than willing to write a Letter of Recommendation, if you complete your assignment, that you get to choose! <:9)

I know!! People are just going to jump on this "job"!!~lol!~ I mean, think about it.. the pay is zero, the daily recognition of working in an office enviornment is not available, and you will need to be able to work using a virtual "office"!~lol!~ Not a big deal AT ALL!! Promise....
Sound like the perfect job for you?

Please write to [email protected] and we will have you busy in no time. We need self motivated individuals who will help us as we develop our new site, the navigation, and condensing stories, and FOCUS on our present goals.

We are a grassroots effort, have been since 1998, working as advocates for children who are in state foster care that are living in conditions not acceptable for animals. Just take a look at a few pictures from the Texas State Comptroller's web site <a href="http://www.cpa.state.tx.us/forgottenchildren/ch02/photos/01bathroombathing/pages/1a.html"> http://www.cpa.state.tx.us/forgottenchildren/ch02/photos/01bathroombathing/pages/1a.html </a> and you will understand just how horrible some of these places are.

Minimum Standards are treated as though they are Maximum Standards. Numerous facilities have been out of compliance with Minimum Standards as far back as 2002, and they are still receiving millions in grant funding as well as 85-125.00 per day/per child.... and they can't keep the electricity on during the winter??? <a href="http://www.hope4kidz.org/Press_Releases/texas/Chron_08_18_2004.html"> http://www.hope4kidz.org/Press_Releases/texas/Chron_08_18_2004.html </a>

Can you imagine how Animal Rights Activist would be screaming right now if they knew dogs were being treated in this manner? (fed bread and water for two weeks while locked in an attic!!)

I didn't make this up! It is happening to children who are in the foster care system through NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN!

It may not even "matter" to many why a particular child is in foster care. It DOES matter how this child, removed from their home for alleged abuse, neglect, or risk of abuse, is cared for. Residential Foster Care for innocent little children more often than not, exposes them to more abuse than had ever been alleged to have occur. It is unnatural living conditions for human beings and they should be shut down or fined, or both.

NC Governor did the right thing, the RIGHT THING FOR THE CHILDREN http://www.charlotte.com/mld/charlotte/news/special_packages/group/ Troubled Children: Trapped by Greed. This began in January and the latest activity we noted was on 5/17/05/. Either shape up or ship out and pay a fine as you go kind of attitude it would seem; and appropriately so.

There are those who agree to take care of state foster children and actually love and properly care for the children they have agreed to provide care for.

They are not the problem......

the other some 95%, looking at TX records, ARE a Problem.
When facilities are out of compliance with Minimum Standards Children Get Hurt and Die.

Someone MUST Take A Stand Against Group Facilities that Remain out of compliance of Minimum Standards, or states who do not have Minimum Standards or Licensing must enact standards that are in agreement with Federal and State Laws.

Why Do We ALLOW Abuse IN foster care

April 22, 2005 at 3:45pm

I have always been known to be a real "straight-shooter", although I truly try to let workers, supervisors, and directors within the Child Protective Services Agencies across the U.S., know there is a problem concerning a specific child BEFORE I report the abuse of the child while they are in foster care.

We, whether through action or inaction, are creating criminals for our adult prisons. Soon, Hope4KidZ will show how this is done to a child who does not fit into the "box" that society demands of him. Unfortunately, society will demand he be an adult when he turns 18, disregarding the state's own neglect and abuse of this same child since before age 11.

He has been primarily involved in petty acts, "Disturbance at School" for swearing... pushing another kid, and equally stupid, and more severe, like attempting to shop lift a game-boy to impress his "new, OLDER, friend", but with the state of Texas' assistance, we will create a career criminal out of this CHILD!

BTW, I have never had my own child removed or had CPS involved in my families life, until we attempted to adopt a child who was in state foster care and needed a home, with a family who love her to the ends of this earth.
Since CPS has been unable to find a logical reason to deny our family the responsibility of adopting a child, we were recently informed that "they" will be reviewing our site to determine if we have breeched a child's confidentiality.
Sounds like, "Here We Go Again".....
I have been thinking that it would be good for judges and Program Directors to learn the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

It should not be so hard to protect children who are in state foster care and who ARE being abused!

Hope4KidZ has become a grassroots efforts to positively change the present system of responding to children who are dependent upon "The Government", which is said to be For the People, and By the People, so, We The People, must give voice to children who are in state foster care through no fault of their own. The children are depending on us to be their "guardian angels"... and Hope4KidZ, Inc. was born.
